Fabian Hansen

Fabian Hansen began their career in 2013 as an intern at Team Europe Management GmbH. Fabian then moved to PROfounders Capital as a VC in the same year. In 2016, they took on the role of Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at prehype. In 2017, they became a Freelance Consultant for various startups. In 2019, they co-founded and became General Partner of Presight Capital, investing $600m in ambitious founders worldwide from seed to IPO. In 2020, they joined the board of Peptilogics, leading a $35m Series B round with participation from Thiel Capital and Founders Fund. Fabian also joined the board of a stealth biotech startup, leading both the $30m Series A round and the $65m Series B round. In 2021, Fabian joined the board of Alloy Therapeutics, co-leading a $75m Series C round alongside Thiel Capital, 8VC and Founders Fund. Fabian also joined the board of Angiex Inc, co-leading a round together with Thiel Capital, and joined the board of Valoreo (exit to Razor), co-leading a $30m Series A round together with Kingsway, Kaszek and Upper90.

Fabian Hansen has a Master of Science (MSc.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an Allgemeine Hochschulreife | Abitur (German High School Diploma) from Angell Gymnasium Freiburg, Germany. Fabian also holds a Forbes 30 Under 30 certification, which they obtained in 2020.
