Bhaven Shah is a co-founder and the Head of Legal & Strategy at Presolv360, a company dedicated to integrating technology with legal solutions to enhance dispute resolution and prevent conflicts. In addition to this role, Bhaven is a co-founder of Legal Tech Asia and holds membership positions in several prestigious organizations, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Young ICCA, and the London Court of International Arbitration. Bhaven has a strong background in tax, regulatory matters, and audit from previous positions at KPMG India and R. K. Bothra & Co. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai, and various certification courses in arbitration and mediation.
