Joseph Neely

Joseph Neely is an experienced management professional in the gaming and casino industry, currently serving as the Manager of Cage and Credit at Presque Isle Downs and Casino since January 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Cage Operations at Tioga Downs Racing & Entertainment from August 2017 to February 2018. Joseph's career also includes significant roles at Isle of Capri Casinos, where responsibilities ranged from Cage/Credit Manager to Cage/Players Club Supervisor from March 2013 to August 2017, and earlier experience as Main Bank Cashier at Presque Isle Downs and Casino from May 2012 to March 2013. Joseph pursued education in Accounting and Finance at both PennWest Clarion and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, working towards a Bachelor of Science degree.
