Soody Tronson

Soody Tronson has a long history of work experience in a variety of fields. In 2008, they were the Founding Managing Counsel at STLG Law Firm: Patents and Transactional Law. In 2015, they joined Shoebox Ventures as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel. In 2018, they became the Founder and CEO of Presque (US & Poland). In 2019, they joined the Association for Women in Science as a Board Member of the Palo Alto Chapter. In 2021, they became a Member of the Northern California District Export Council and a Vice Chair of Programming in the Technology, Internet, and Privacy Law Interest Group of the California Lawyers Association. Soody also became a Reviewer for the National Science Foundation's SBIR/STTR Program and an Advisory Board Member of the California Perinatal Equity Initiative (PEI) Community Advisory Board. In 2022, they became a Founding Member of California Arbitration (CalArb). Soody has also been a Member of the Board of Directors and Past Chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc. since 2006.

Soody Tronson received a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry/Industrial from the University of Central Florida.
