Bolek Masiak

Bolek Masiak has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bolek started their career in 1991 at Accenture as a Senior Manager, where they led teams in delivering large-scale projects and played a key role in establishing offshore capabilities. In 2003, they joined Bankers Life and Casualty as a Senior Manager, where they improved software applications and delivered technology solutions. Bolek then worked at Utopia Solutions as a Principal, serving as the key expert in delivering and managing projects based on HP testing suite. In 2008, they joined Olenick & Associates as a Director, where they performed test automation assessments and automated regression test cases using a functional automation framework. Bolek then worked at OfficeMax as the Director of Ecommerce, leading a team in delivering new features on the company's websites. Bolek also served as the Director of Quality Assurance, managing a team and leveraging HP Testing tools for test management. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Publicis Sapient as a Director of Technology and Business Consulting, guiding clients on digital transformation projects. Currently, they are working at Press Ganey as the VP of Software Engineering.

Bolek Masiak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from North Central College, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991. Bolek also obtained certifications in Hybris Business Analyst and ScrumMaster, from hybris software and Scrum Alliance respectively, in the years 2015 and 2014.
