Bonnie Thompson

Bonnie Thompson is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Consulting at Press Ganey since September 2019, Bonnie collaborates with health plans and healthcare organizations to enhance patient experiences. Previous roles include Director of Health System Improvements at Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, and various leadership positions at Providence Health & Services, where Bonnie facilitated transformational change and operational excellence. Bonnie also has significant experience in quality improvement and patient safety from a tenure as Assistant Vice President of Organizational Excellence at The William W. Backus Hospital, and earlier roles that include Clinical Services Administrator and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. Bonnie holds an MBA from The George Washington University, a Masters of Science in Nursing from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
