Karen A. Way, MHA, currently serves as the VP of Strategic Consulting at Press Ganey since July 2023. Previously, Karen held the position of Vice President of Data Solutions at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, where responsibilities included leading Data Engineering and Data Science teams. At Anthem, Inc., Karen functioned as Staff Vice President for Enterprise Data Science Product, focusing on AI and data solutions for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior experience includes roles such as Managing Director at NTT DATA Services, Executive Director at ReportingMD, CEO/Principal Consultant at Three Elm Technology Strategies LLC, and Director of Data Quality at Health Dialog. Karen’s career commenced with roles in the State of New Hampshire's IT and Environmental Services departments. Academic credentials include a Master's in Health Care Administration from New England College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New England.
