Jason Phibbs

Jason Phibbs has a diverse range of work experience in various healthcare organizations. Jason currently works at Press Ganey as the Market Vice President, Strategy & Growth. Prior to this role, they served as Managing Director and Regional Director at the same company. Jason is also a Board Member of The Beryl Institute's Patient Experience (PX) Advisory Board, where they focused on improving the quality, safety, and service of healthcare services. In their earlier career, Jason held leadership positions at TriHealth, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, St. Aloysius Orphanage, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, and MALACHI, where they developed expertise in patient experience, customer service, and behavioral health management.

Jason Phibbs has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Miami University. Jason also holds a certification as a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute, which they obtained in 2016.
