Juan Padilla

Juan Padilla, MBA, currently serves as an Application Analyst and Application Specialist at Press Ganey since August 2021. In addition, Juan holds the position of Regional Director with La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. since August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Tutor at Sylvan Learning from January 2019 to December 2021 and as a Teacher with the South Bend Community School Corporation from August 2015 to June 2021. Juan also worked as a Resident Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2013 to July 2015 and was Chapter President for La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. - Alpha Xi Chapter from January 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, Juan was a staff member at the Latino Cultural Center at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2011 to September 2012. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University South Bend, a Transition into Teaching degree from Bethel University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
