Paul Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the same institution. With extensive experience in healthcare, Paul has served as a Patient Experience Advisor at Press Ganey since May 2023, following a long-term role as Director of Service Excellence/Patient Experience at CHI Memorial from March 2011 to February 2023. Previous positions include Nursing Director of Medical Services at Memorial Health Care System and Chief Nursing Officer at Kindred Hospital. Paul began a nursing career with an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
