Nicoletta De Luca

Nicoletta De Luca has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 when they interned in the Marketing and Communication Department of the Italy America Chamber of Commerce. Nicoletta then interned in the Development and Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy in 2010 before joining PwC as an Auditor. In 2011, they became a HR Business Partner Junior at UniCredit Corporate Banking SpA. Nicoletta then moved to Admiral Group plc in 2012, where they held the role of Executive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition. In 2012, they joined Unilever as an HR- Reward Manager Assistant. In 2020, Nicoletta became Global People&Culture Supervisor at Penguin Portals and HR Manager (ad interim) at LeLynx.fr. Her current role is VP People and Culture at Prestatech, a position they have held since 2022.

Nicoletta De Luca attended Liceo Linguistico Baldessano for their High School studies in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General. Nicoletta then attended Università degli Studi di Torino for their Bachelor's Degree in International Business from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they participated in the Exchange Student Programme at Korea University. From 2007 to 2010, they earned their MSc in Business Management from Università degli Studi di Torino. In 2016 to 2018, they earned their Executive MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. In 2021, they obtained the certification of INSEAD - Developing Emerging Leaders from INSEAD. Nicoletta is currently attending CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS DEL COACHING.
