Ryan Chiriboga

Ryan Chiriboga joined Preston Hollow Community Capital in 2019 as an Associate Director focused on the firm’s asset origination activities. His primary responsibilities include the evaluation and structuring of the firm’s investments. Ryan brings over thirteen years of municipal financial experience to PHC, having structured capital markets transactions for a variety of municipal credit types nationally. Working as either municipal advisor or underwriter, he has extensive knowledge of developing and meeting financial objectives, plans of finance and cash flow models to enhance liability management. Ryan received a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.
