Shanon Schug

Shanon Schug has a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in prestressed and precast concrete projects. From 1999 to 2002, Schug worked as a Production Manager at Rinker Materials - American Precast, where they managed a team of employees and ensured projects were completed within budget and to high quality standards. In 2002, Schug joined Prestress Services Industries, LLC, first as a Director of Transportation and then as a Commercial Sales and Estimating professional. In these roles, Schug was responsible for overseeing the financial operation and safety of the transportation department, as well as coordinating the design, manufacture, and installation of various concrete projects. In 2013, Schug became the Interim General Manager at Prestress Services Industries, where they developed and implemented a plant turnaround plan. Schug's most recent position at the company is Vice President of Project Services, a role they have held since 2019.

Shanon Schug obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Wabash College from 1991 to 1996. Their major was in Psychology, with a minor in Biology.
