Laura Martin

Laura Martin possesses extensive experience in the food technology sector, currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at Pret A Manger since September 2018, overseeing protein, dairy, chilled, and ambient sauces, dressings, dips, and grocery products. Previous roles include Food Technologist at Marks & Spencer, Technical Manager at Liberation Foods (CIC), Quality Manager at Green & Black's, Deputy Technical Manager at Selfridges & Co, and Assistant NPD & Technical Manager at Food Brands Group. Laura holds a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading, obtained between 1996 and 2000, which included studies in food quality assurance, safety, nutrition, sensory evaluation, biotechnology, microbiology, and bioprocess systems.
