In 2014, they obtained a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Designing, Delivering, and Evaluating Learning & Development Provision. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the University of Oxford and achieved a degree in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, specializing in Mindfulness for Life. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: DEI Strategies for Business Impact from the University of Cambridge in 2022.
