Simon Oxley

Simon Oxley is an experienced packaging professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Packaging at Pret A Manger since February 2019, Simon has previously held key roles, including Packaging Controller at Cranswick Country Foods PLC and Senior Packaging Technologist - Food at Marks and Spencer. Notably, during tenure at innocent drinks, Simon was responsible for leading a team focused on packaging development, purchasing, and quality, while also developing supplier and packaging strategies. Early career roles include positions at Britvic Soft Drinks, where Simon gained experience as a Packaging Buyer, Packaging Innovation Project Manager, and Production Team Leader. Simon holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering & French from Newcastle University.
