Marie Fields

Marie Fields is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Pretium Packaging since June 2025 and as a Founding Member of The People Collective since January 2025. Previously, Marie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Inxeption, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR team and enhancing Learning & Development, Recruiting, and Employee Relations functions from January 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Development, where Marie developed onboarding programs and built a Learning and Development team, and Director of Training at Lillibridge Healthcare Services and XPO Logistics, where Marie implemented training programs and Learning Management Systems across various locations. Marie Fields holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Loyola University Chicago.
