Mary Anne Golba

Mary Anne Golba has extensive experience in the packaging industry. Mary Anne currently holds the position of Vice President of Design, Innovation & Quality at Pretium Packaging, where they oversee multiple teams and leads efforts in new product development, corporate quality, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pretium Packaging, they served as the Senior Director of Commercialization, responsible for tracking new product innovation and launches at the company.

Before their time at Pretium Packaging, Golba worked at Alpha Packaging for several years. Mary Anne held the role of Director of Quality, where they directed corporate quality programs and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Mary Anne also served as the Regional Corporate Quality Manager, responsible for overseeing new production development quality and managing quality assurance departments in multiple locations.

Golba's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Progressive Plastics/Alpha Packaging and as a Quality Assurance Manager at both Continental Plastic Containers and Geauga Company.

Throughout their career, Golba has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, new product development, and continuous improvement, making their a valuable asset in the packaging industry.

Mary Anne Golba attended Youngstown State University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical / Nuclear Engineering.
