Ashley Maddox

Ashley Maddox has over 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Ashley began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant in the Bursar's Office at the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 2011, they joined Crocs, Inc. as a Crocs Cares Coordinator, where they managed the philanthropic arm of the company. Maddox then moved to BWBacon in 2013, where they served as an Office Assistant and Social Media Coordinator. Following this, they accepted various contract roles as an Office Assistant for Agent Ace, Red Diamond Yoga studio, and Randstad staffing agency. In 2018, they joined YogaGlo as a People Operations & Culture Manager. In 2019, Maddox joined Full Stack Finance as a Senior HR Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of People Operations at PrettyLitter.

Ashley Maddox obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2008 and 2012. In June 2017, they earned their Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
