Mattias Stamgren

Mattias Stamgren has a strong background in scientific research and laboratory work. Mattias worked as an Associate Scientist at Pretzel Therapeutics in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at ALTEN Sweden where they were assigned to AstraZeneca in Gothenburg. In this role, they handled and managed samples for diagnostic analysis. Before that, Mattias worked as a Molecular Biologist at Västra Götalandsregionen from 2020 to 2021. Mattias performed automated and manual diagnostic analysis on human biological samples in an accredited lab. Additionally, Mattias gained experience as a Master Thesis Student at AstraZeneca, Sweden from 2019 to 2020. Mattias worked on a project within Biocatalysis, focusing on synthesizing chiral amines using Reductive Aminases.

Mattias Stamgren received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Molecular Biology from the University of Gothenburg in 2020. Mattias continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Molecular Biology from 2018 to 2020.
