Duncan Spinner

Duncan Spinner is an experienced professional in crisis management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Ukraine Operations at Prevail Partners Limited since July 2022, where the focus is on helping organizations turn risk into opportunity. Previously, Duncan held the role of Head of Operations at UkraineTheThinRedLine.org, a non-profit established in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, with the goal of saving lives and preventing further loss. Duncan has also served as a Deployable Civilian Expert for the UK Government's Stabilisation Unit and has extensive experience with various organizations, including the OSCE and the United Nations, in roles addressing security, humanitarian assistance, and operational strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations from King's College London and other specialized training from prominent institutions such as MIT and the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence.
