Chris Duncan

Chris Duncan has worked in a variety of roles in the analytics and data science fields since 2005. Chris began their career as a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant at Accenture in 2005. In 2009, they moved to SymphonyIRI Group as a Principal (Vice President) - Analytic Solutions and Data Scientist. In 2012, they joined SAS as a Senior Solutions Engineer (Data Scientist) in the Retail/CPG/Manufacturing sector. In 2014, they became the Principal Analytics Director and Consultant (Senior Data Scientist) at First Analytics. In 2016, they founded Analytics Elevated LLC, where they served as the Chief Analyst, and also co-founded PharmaSense.io as the Principal Architect and Chief Analytics Officer. In 2018, they joined Charter Communications as the Director of Analytics and GIS, and Data Scientist with Spectrum Mobile. In 2019, they became the Senior Director - IT Lead, Data Scientist, and Architect/Consultant at AmerisourceBergen. In 2021, they joined Prevedere as the Senior Director of QA and Process Innovation, and Senior Director of Data Science and Innovation.

Chris Duncan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines between 1995 and 1999. Chris then obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Technology and Management (ETM) from the same institution between 1999 and 2003. During this same period, they also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), ABD in Materials Science from the Colorado School of Mines. In 2004, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt [LSS-BB] from George Group. In 2012, they obtained a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS, and in 2013 they obtained a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS.
