Cheryl Magee-Baker

Cheryl Magee-Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner at Preveer since December 2021, Cheryl focuses on strategic consulting programs aimed at helping entrepreneurs enhance business scalability and profitability. As the President & CEO of Synergy@Work Consulting since February 2012, Cheryl leads a team dedicated to addressing systemic community issues. Additionally, Cheryl has held the role of Executive Director at Hope Center since January 2001, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget to provide essential services to veterans, youth, and the unemployed in the Greater New Orleans area. Educationally, Cheryl is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University, building on a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Cheryl's former position as a Board Member for the Alliance for Greater Works highlights a commitment to community development and mental health initiatives.
