Sonia Cienfuegos Gayo

Sonia Cienfuegos Gayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety and quality management within the transportation and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Responsible for the Management System at Convensa, Sonia oversees vehicle maintenance and quality processes following the acquisition of EEM certification. Concurrently, Sonia functions as a safety culture consultant at PrevenControl, where expertise in psychological safety and psychosocial factors is utilized. As QHSE Director, leadership is provided to the Motor Vehicle Inspections QHSE department. Previous roles include coordinating and training in EH&S at AENOR and specializing in human factors and project management at ESM. Sonia holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications related to occupational health and safety, rail systems, and psychology.
