Bob Kirch

Bob Kirch worked for Caito Foods Service, Inc. - who specializes in fresh food distribution and manufacturing. Bob worked in all facets of the business, but served as President and CEO for the last 10 years. Under Bob’s tenure he diversified the company into supply chain services, fresh food manufacturing and built a $35 million kitchen to expand the fresh food portfolio. Bob developed strategic partnerships and a significant books of business with best in class companies like Kroger, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, Gordon Food Service and many others. Bob led the organization through a very successful exit in 2017 where Caito Foods was sold to SpartanNash, a fortune 400 company based in Grand Rapids, MI. He advises and serves on the board of Analtyic.li and Trade Secrets Chocolates, LLC. Bob received his MBA from Butler University in 2001 - and is a Bulldog through and through!
