Steve Esboldt

Steve Esboldt has a strong background in software engineering and development. Steve is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Preventice Solutions since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked at bibliotheca from October 2015 to October 2018, where they held the role of Software Development & Cloud Operations Manager. Steve also has experience at 3M, where they served as the Software Product Development Manager from May 2013 to October 2015, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from June 2011 to May 2013, and as an Advanced Software Development Specialist from March 2005 to May 2011. Additionally, they worked at Thomson West as a Lead Software Engineer from 2000 to 2005, and at Rosemount as a Senior Software Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Steve has showcased their skills in architectural leadership, project management, and global team coordination throughout their career.

Steve Esboldt obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Steve later pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the same university and completed it in 2000. In 2013, Steve obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
