Niv Subramanian

Niv Subramanian has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Niv'smost recent position is as the General Manager of Revenue Based Finance and CFO at Previse since January 2021. In this role, they focus on providing flexible and data-driven working capital solutions to SMEs. Additionally, they also handle strategy, planning, commercialization, investor relations, and finance for the company.

Prior to Previse, Niv worked as an Independent Consultant starting in August 2019. Niv advised companies in the financial services industry, with a focus on tech, digital, and data. Niv'sresponsibilities included product development and delivery, innovation and change, commercialization, and corporate development. During this time, they served as a Board and Exec team advisor at Channel Capital Advisors and as a part-time Chief Product Officer at Modu.

Niv was the Co-Founder and CEO of Economyz from September 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Customer Solutions Lead - Commercial Banking at TSB from May 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they led the development of the business banking proposition and supported the Head of Business Banking. Niv'sresponsibilities included strategy development, product launch, partnership management, risk management, pricing, and performance delivery.

From 2015 to 2018, Niv worked at HSBC, where they held the position of MD Commercial Banking and Head of UK Lending/Global Lending Product. In this role, they led the lending product for the UK Commercial Bank, overseeing a team of over 100 employees and managing the Equipment Finance business unit. Niv also led digital banking innovation projects and managed product management globally for commercial lending.

Niv was the Commercial Director at OakNorth from 2014 to 2015, where they played a key role in the regulatory license process and the build-out of the start-up SME challenger bank. Prior to that, they held various roles at Barclays from 2007 to 2014, including Director of Global Debt Product in the Corporate and Investment Bank and Senior Manager of Product Management for Personal Loans.

Niv'searliest experience was at GE Capital, where they served as the Credit Card Portfolio Commercial Manager from 2003 to 2006. Throughout their career, Niv has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, product management, risk management, and innovation in the financial services industry.

Niv Subramanian completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Management degree at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Finance and Strategy.
