Maurice Garland, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for both the American Red Cross Southern Maryland Chapter and the Sickle Cell Reproductive Health Education Directive, as well as a Strategic Advisor at Prezent. As Vice President of Sales and Market Access at CG Oncology since April 2024, Maurice is involved in driving commercial strategy within the biopharma sector. Maurice previously led as Head of Sales at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where responsibility included launching an innovative gene therapy for Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. With extensive leadership experience, previous roles also include Vice President Sales and Market Access at Global Blood Therapeutics and Divisional General Manager at Biogen, among others. Maurice holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
