Neha Singh has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Neha began their career in 2008 as an HR Assistant at Nomura Services India Private Limited (Ex Lehman Brothers), where they reviewed and sorted job applications, conducted first round of interviews, and shortlisted potential candidates. In 2011, they transitioned to Deloitte Consulting as an HR Consultant, where they were highly effective and efficient with excellent communication skills and client oversight. Neha successfully led and delivered multiple projects on HR strategy consulting, HR operating model design, Organization restructuring, HR process design, HR shared services design and implementation, Vendor assessment and selection. In 2021, they began their role as Human Resources Lead at PREZENTIUM.
Neha Singh is currently pursuing an Organizational Development degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Neha previously obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2011, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Neha completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA Honours in Economics from Wilson College in 2008.
