Faisal al Mamun

Faisal Al Mamun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, creative operations, and project supervision. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Prezlab since April 2020, Faisal leads multiple regional teams and implements strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Faisal founded and managed the Creative Operations department, overseeing over 50 standard operating procedures and enhancing workflows through digitization. At the King Hussein Foundation, Faisal directed numerous humanitarian and cultural projects, managed proposals and financial reporting, and developed marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes roles as a Communication Specialist and Operations Officer, where Faisal played key roles in operational management and team development. Faisal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
