Cedric Hendrix serves as a faculty member of NAAEI and has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently, Cedric is the Sales and Training Manager and Marketing/Training Specialist at PRG Real Estate since January 2011, where responsibilities include training new Leasing Representatives and ensuring consistent onboarding practices across various locations. Additionally, Cedric has managed a 232-unit property, overseeing a small team and handling administrative, safety, resident retention, and leasing goals. Prior to this role, Cedric worked as a Property Manager at McKinley from December 2007 to June 2011, where responsibilities encompassed the overall success of two properties, including rent collection, eviction processes, property maintenance, and mentoring new Leasing Agents.
