Mia Ellis is an experienced executive coach, currently serving at PRI Leadership since October 2022, where 1:1 coaching is provided to senior managers and directors from Global 100 companies. In addition, Mia supports participants at Drake University's Executive Education program as a leadership coach and is the founder of Amplify Coaching & Consulting, focusing on developmental coaching tailored to clients' unique goals. As a contributing consultant and team member at Full Potential Ventures, Mia aims to enhance professional development opportunities for socially-minded professionals. Furthermore, Mia is the founder and principal consultant at Amplify Consulting, which offers various services to nonprofit organizations, leveraging over 16 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Contributions also include facilitating peer learning groups for Janet Boguch & Nonprofit Works and previously holding multiple managerial roles at Summer Search, where significant program oversight and design were managed. Mia holds an Advanced Coaching Certificate from The Hudson Institute of Coaching and a degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
