Anna Krigan

Anna Krigan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and consulting. Anna has worked as a Head of Human Resources at Speed and Function since 2021 and as a Group Human Resources Director at Proxima Research International since the same year. In 2020, Anna worked as a Technical Consultant at CRMiUM, specializing in the automation of HR processes for client companies. Prior to this, they held positions such as Recruitment Specialist at WorldTicket, HR Business Partner at smartiway, Human Resources Consultant at SMART business, and HR Manager at Medical Data Management. Anna also has experience in training and development, having worked as a Training Specialist at UNIVERSALNA Insurance Company. Their experience includes tasks such as recruitment, employee development, performance assessment, and the implementation of HR procedures and systems.

Anna Krigan obtained a Master's degree in History/Political Science from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they received certifications in "Motivational Systems in Banks" from the National Center for Preparation of Banking Professionals of Ukraine in 2013 and "Sure Step" from SMART business.
