Liliana Zappia

Liliana Zappia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Liliana started their career as an entrepreneur, running their own photography and creative arts business for ten years. During this time, they worked closely with clients, capturing portraits, special events, and brand products, and received high levels of customer satisfaction and referrals.

In 2016, Liliana transitioned into the healthcare industry and worked as a Phlebotomist Intern at Sutter Health. In this role, they demonstrated proficiency in performing venipunctures and capillary punctures, collecting and preparing blood samples, and maintaining accurate medical records.

In 2016, Liliana also joined Copart, an automotive company, where they held multiple positions. Liliana began as a DMV Title Clerk, processing paperwork for vehicle ownership transfers, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with DMV regulations. Liliana was then promoted to Dispatcher, where they coordinated vehicle pick-up/delivery and implemented DMV-compliant protocols. Finally, they were promoted to Office Supervisor, overseeing a team of DMV Clerks and managing operations and performance during large-scale disasters.

In 2019, Liliana joined California Secretary of State as a Certified Notary Signing Agent. In this role, they notarized various documents, including loan documentation for real estate, and upheld proper procedures and regulations.

Recently, Liliana joined Price Family Dealerships as a Title Clerk and was later promoted to Corporate DMV Director. In their current position, they support 28 dealership brands and manages major process overhauls, driving efficient and compliant DMV operations. Liliana led a digital transformation for multiple dealerships, transitioning from paper to a cloud-based application, and increased deal processing capacity by integrating a new IT application submission platform.

Throughout their career, Liliana has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various roles and industries.

Liliana Zappia's education history includes attending The Art Institutes for Marketing/Management, receiving a Certificate of completion in EKG Technician from Boston Reed, obtaining a Certificate of completion in Phlebotomy from Contra Costa Medical Career College, and studying Computer Systems Networking/Database at Contra Costa College. Liliana has additional certifications as a Notary Public Commission from the California Secretary of State, and certification as an EKG Technician and Phlebotomy Technician from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
