Liliana Zappia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Liliana started their career as an entrepreneur, running their own photography and creative arts business for ten years. During this time, they worked closely with clients, capturing portraits, special events, and brand products, and received high levels of customer satisfaction and referrals.

In 2016, Liliana transitioned into the healthcare industry and worked as a Phlebotomist Intern at Sutter Health. In this role, they demonstrated proficiency in performing venipunctures and capillary punctures, collecting and preparing blood samples, and maintaining accurate medical records.
