James Bird

James Bird is an experienced executive in the Life Science and Healthcare sectors, currently serving as Executive Director at Price Forbes & Partners since September 2017. Previously, James held the position of Partner and Head of the Life Science & Chemicals Practice at JLT Group from 2004 to August 2017, focusing on business leadership and risk management for the industry. James's career also includes significant roles such as Senior Insurance Manager at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities encompassed global insurance programme management, and Senior Casualty Underwriter at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe. James is an alumnus of the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Economics and is a participant of the JLT International Senior Management development programme, as well as being a member of the Risk Practice Executive Committee.
