Madhav Kuruppath is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations engineering, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Pricefx since October 2022, focused on value generation and customer retention. Previously, Madhav held the position of Head of Customer Success at MachIQ Software, where a significant annual recurring revenue increase was achieved through enhanced customer experience strategies. Additionally, Madhav operated as a self-employed consultant, optimizing business processes for clients.
