Bill Ratliff

Bill Ratliff has extensive work experience in the leisure, travel, and hospitality industry. Bill started their career at Hotels.com / Expedia, Inc. as the Director of Client Services, responsible for customer care, client services, and other operations. Bill also served as the Senior Manager of the contact center, overseeing telesales, customer service, and reservations.

In 2006, they joined Global Financial Aid Services as the Vice President of Contact Center Operations, managing a 100-seat corporate contact center with various support channels.

In 2009, Bill joined Getaroom.com as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they played a key role in transforming the organization into a leading technology leisure travel and hospitality company.

Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Priceline, a major OTA B2B organization. Bill merged with Priceline.com as part of the Booking Holdings Company. Bill's experience spans both online and offline travel services, specializing in lodging consolidation for business and leisure travelers.

Bill Ratliff attended Richardson High School from 1984 to 1986. Bill then enrolled in Stephen F. Austin State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Applied Arts and Science degree in Criminal Justice from 1988 to 1991.
