Lena Storbaek

Lena Storbaek has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Lena currently serves as the Global HR Director at Pricer, where they are responsible for the People agenda across multiple countries and continents. Previously, Lena worked as an HR Director at Starbreeze Studios and Svensk Travsport, where they handled strategic and operational HR matters. Lena also has experience as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at CEB and as a Global HR Development Manager at DP Clean Tech. Lena has a background in international HR consulting and has studied Chinese leadership and culture during their time as an expat in China. Additionally, they have owned and operated their own web-based training portal called Instagreater Academy. Lena's expertise includes talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Lena Storbaek's education history is as follows:

From 1994 to 1998, Lena attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business and Financial Economics.

In 1995, Lena briefly studied at The University of Freiburg and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics.

From 1997 to 1998, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.

Additionally, Lena obtained a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 1998.

In 2006 and 2007, Lena studied at Xiamen University, focusing on Chinese Leadership & Culture and Chinese Language (Mandarin).

Furthermore, Lena has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Swedish labour law from Företagsuniversitetet in June 2023, Coaching for HR from PeopleProvide in January 2021, Swedish work environment (SAM) from Folkuniversitetet in December 2020, OPQ, MQ, Verify Ability tests from SHL in August 2014, and PI, PLI certifications in January 2012. Lena also holds a certification as an NLP Coach from the NLP Institute in 2008 and completed Compass Leadership training at Växthuset in 2003. Lastly, Lena obtained PROPS project management certification from Ericsson in 2000.
