Surya B has over five years of experience in the staffing industry. In 2017, they began working as a Team Lead at Confidential, where they had in-depth experience with recruiting at all levels of candidate positions and functional roles. Surya also had experience sourcing candidates for IT openings as required by clients. In 2021, they joined New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) as an Account Manager, where they were the single point of contact (SPOC) for the clients and managed a team of 4 members. Currently, they are an Account Manager at PriceSenz, where they are responsible for prescreening submitted candidates from the recruiters to make sure they meet the client expectations.
