Mani Venkat

Mani Venkat has over 20 years of experience in the field of M&A Integration. In 1993, they began their career as a Product Manager and Sr. S/W Developer at Sybase, Inc. In 2004, they moved to iPass, Inc. as a Product Manager. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Yahoo! as a Sr. Manager of M&A Integration and Program/Product Manager of Search. In 2014, they joined Facebook as an M&A Integrations and then moved to Brocade as an M&A Integration. At Brocade, they led the Brocade-Broadcom Integration and divestiture of 3 business units. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Indeed.com as a Director of M&A Integration. During this time, they built a small high performing team of three integration leaders. In 2019, they joined Cisco as a Corp Dev Integration (M&A) and Fitbit as an M&A Integration Consultant. Currently, they are the Director of M&A Integration at PRITCHETT, LP where they serve as a global M&A integration leader with a background in finance, product, and engineering.

Mani Venkat completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1988. Mani then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1991 and 1992. Finally, they earned their MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2003.
