Madan Yadav

Madan Yadav is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Head Human Resources for the North Region at Pricol Limited since September 2012. In this role, Madan leads a team of HR and ER professionals to align HR strategies with the business needs of three manufacturing locations. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Krishna Group and JBM Group, where Madan focused on the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and external relations with local communities and government departments. A well-educated individual, Madan holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce, Master's in Social Work, and a PGDM, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws.
