Sebastian Sailer has a wealth of experience in the fields of customer success, early childhood education and social and educational support. Sebastian's career began in 2011 when they completed an Erzieher apprenticeship at the Deutsche Schule Bilbao / Colegio Alemán Bilbao. Sebastian then moved to Kindergarten St. Gallus in 2012 where they worked as an Erzieher / Early Childhood Educator. In 2014, they took on the role of Substitute Manager in a residence for disabled persons at AWO Baden and also worked as Front Desk Staff at Cielo Rojo Hostel. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Caritasverband Kleve as a Social & Educational Supervisor, providing ambulant supervision and advise for disabled persons in their everyday life. During this time, they also worked as Spanish Interpreter and organizing staff at Flüchtlingshilfe Mittelamerika e.V. in 2018 and as an Intern at the same company in 2017. Currently, Sebastian is employed at Pridatect as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Assistant.

Sebastian Sailer completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations at Rhine-Waal University from 2014 to 2019. In 2016, they participated in an Exchange Semester at Universidad Internacional, studying International Relations and Affairs. Prior to this, they completed a Staatlich geprüfter Erzieher in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Merianschule Freiburg from 2008 to 2011.
