Kate Goss is the Managing Director at Pride Global. Kate has over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, including program management, supplier sourcing, and team management.
Kate started their career at PrideOne as a Program Manager in 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing a program of over 1000 temps and non-IT consultants throughout North America. This included developing and enhancing relationships at all levels of the client, from administrative staff to senior management. Kate also took ownership of all issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction with the MSP program.
In 2012, Kate partnered with Sourcing sponsors to identify and implement areas of improvement in program delivery, reporting, and cost savings. Kate also hired, trained, and managed a team of 4 staffing specialists who were responsible for filling all temp jobs in North America. Additionally, Kate managed relationships with 30+ suppliers in a variety of locations and recruiting specialties.
Kate's experience with offshore back office support has resulted in cost savings to the client. Kate is currently leveraging their knowledge and expertise to manage Pride Global's contingent labor managed service program.
Kate Goss has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duke University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The New School, and they are a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts.
