Namita Adhikari, MBA, is a seasoned Regional Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in recruitment, employee training, performance management, and legal compliance. Currently with Pride Group Dubai since October 2019, Namita oversees the creation of job descriptions, manages recruitment processes, assesses training needs, and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include Admin Assistant/HR at DGWorld and Management Trainee at North East Small Finance Bank, complemented by an internship in Human Resource Information Systems at NRL. Namita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dibrugarh University.
