Naushine Robinson, Associate CIPD, currently serves as Associate Director of Learning & Development and DEI at Oliver Bernard since October 2018, overseeing trainee hiring and training delivery while championing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. In addition, Naushine holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Future CodeHers, focusing on inspiring girls towards technology careers.
