Wade Smith FCIPD

Wade Smith FCIPD is currently working as the UKI National HR Director at Unilever since February 2023. Prior to that, Wade held the role of People & Training Director (Volunteer) at Pride in London starting from February 2022. From September 2017 to February 2023, Wade worked as a People Lead at L'Oréal. Before that, Wade served as the Head of HR at Cadent Gas Limited from September 2015 to September 2017. From March 2012 to June 2015, Wade was the Head of HR at Banco Espirito Santo. Wade's journey started at HSBC in January 2008 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and their tenure lasted until March 2012.

Wade Smith FCIPD pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they went on to achieve a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham, from 2005 to 2006.
