Wade Smith Fcipd

Wade Smith FCIPD is the UKI National HR Director at Unilever since February 2023 and serves as the People & Training Director at Pride in London on a volunteer basis since February 2022. Previously, Wade held positions as People Lead at L'Oréal from September 2017 to February 2023, Head of HR at Cadent Gas Limited from September 2015 to September 2017, Head of HR at Banco Espirito Santo from March 2012 to June 2015, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HSBC from January 2008 to March 2012. Wade holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
