Chuck Garvin

Director, Continuous Improvement at PRIDE Industries, Inc.

Chuck Garvin is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Chuck has held this position since May of 2015. Prior to their current role, Chuck served as the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace from May 2014 to May 2015. Chuck then transitioned to Western Governors University where they were a Graduate Student from January 2015 to October 2016.

Chuck's professional experience also includes a stint as the Facilities Manager at Lennox International from January 2013 to March 2014. Chuck then worked as the Sr. Facilities Engineer at Becton Dickinson from January 2010 to January 2013. Their first role in facilities management was with the National Wetlands Research Center where they served as the Facility Manager from January 2009 to December 2008.

In addition to their work in facilities management, Chuck also has experience as a general manager with their own construction company, Garvin Construction LLC, which they ran from January 1991 to December 2008. Chuck then returned to PRIDE Industries in November of 2016 and served as the General Manager of IFS Gov Svcs Facilities until September of 2019.

Chuck Garvin reports to Jeff Dern, President & CEO. They are on a team with Leah Burdick - Chief Growth Officer, Frank Goehringer - Veterans Support Liaison, and Casey Blake - Chief Operating Officer.
