Erin Fleischmann

Erin Fleischmann is the current Senior Director of Marketing Operations at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Erin has over 18 years of experience in marketing, communications, and management.

Fleischmann began their career as a Founder and Senior Ad Designer for Designscape, a marketing and advertising design company. Erin then went on to be the Marketing Manager at PCI (Pacific Consolidated Industries) for two years before becoming the Marketing Director at IQAir North America. At IQAir, they directed a multi-faceted, high-performing marketing team including designers, web developers, programmers and mobile app developers.

In 2014, Fleischmann became the Marketing Manager at Alvarado Manufacturing before being promoted to Director of Marketing at Coldwell Solar Inc. just three years later. In 2018, they left Coldwell Solar to join Vanir Construction Management, Inc. as their Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications. There they were responsible for identifying opportunities in the A/E/C industry and developing a strategic communications plan to support the pursuit of such opportunities.

Fleischmann joined PRIDE Industries in 2020 as their Senior Director of Marketing Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of PRIDE’s marketing efforts, including strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.

Erin Fleischmann works with Darelyn Pazdel - Director, Workforce Inclusion Community Integration & Transportation, John-Andrew Dueñas - Senior Director, Payroll & HRIS, and Alan Ruzich - Regional Operations Director, Distribution & Production. Erin Fleischmann reports to Jeff Dern, President & CEO.
