Mike Douglas

Mike Douglas is the current General Manager of Electronics Manufacturing at PRIDE Industries, Inc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Operations at Teleplan International from January 2011 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the overall direction of business operations in order to exceed financial, operational, and leadership goals. Mike also set up Global Operations in Asia (Hong Kong) and EMEA (Netherlands) for key accounts and coordinated and maintained those global relationships.

At PRIDE Industries, Inc., Mike Douglas oversees operations, purchasing and supply chain, and facilities departments. Mike provides guidance and development to management team and ensures that the business remains focused on customer requirements and operational performance. Mike also develops, maintains and ensures the accuracy of the operational budget, monthly P&L and other financial reporting. Their strategic planning activities include identifying/assessing business opportunities, negotiating contracts and rates and partnering with business development team. Mike regularly evaluates and divides responsibilities among departments and drives corporate initiatives and compliance policies to ensure they are consistently applied.

Mike Douglas has a long history of successfully managing complex matters and proposing solutions to executive management and customers. Mike is also skilled in identifying and mitigating program and operational risks while communicating areas of risks, opportunities and relevant information with Executive Management. Mike is experienced in partnering with key members of leadership to develop and implement practical, innovative global customer solutions and relationships in North America, Europe, Mexico, and Asia.
