Tina Oliveira

As head of all human resource functions at PRIDE Industries, Tina oversees employee and labor relations, benefits and compensation administration, and employee communications. She spearheads recruiting, training and development, and rehabilitation for the company’s federal and commercial contracts. Tina formulates career development plans while promoting inclusion in the workplace and reinforcing the company’s position as the nation’s leading employer of people with disabilities.

Before coming to PRIDE Industries in 1992, Oliveira worked at IBM as part of the company’s human resources team. Before that, she was employed for seven years as human resources manager for Food 4 Less grocery stores, specializing in labor relations. Tina is a member of the Human Resources Executive Roundtable of Sacramento and the Sacramento Area Human Resources Association. She is also past president of the Personnel Management Council of Stanislaus County.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and human resource management from California State University, Stanislaus, as well as an SPHR certification.
